Audience: New Frontier Health employees with 0-1 years of formal healthcare experience.
Problem: Frontier hires many interns and nurses who are new to healthcare, and therefore has seen an increase in inappropriate HIPAA disclosures over the past year. This course was designed to support employees who are new to administering healthcare in an office setting, who might be familiar with HIPAA as a concept but not in action.
Solution: This course supports a basic understanding of the law and how to properly implement it to decrease the number of inappropriate HIPAA disclosures due to a lack of awareness around policies. The course follows a fictional new employee through her first day on the job, with common scenarios that will come up in her time at Frontier, including a review of protected health information, lawful and inappropriate HIPAA disclosures, and how to document common disclosures. The ultimate goal is to keep patients' protected health information secure so clients continue to trust Frontier.

Audience: Employees at Green Thumb, a greenhouse and urban gardening shop
Problem: With the increase in houseplant purchases during the COVID-19 pandemic, more urban customers are asking for help propagating plants than ever before. Green Thumb employees now need to be experts in passing their knowledge on to customers, rather than just growing plants for the shop and selling them.
Solution: This course instructs Green Thumb employees on how to propagate one of the most common house plants and teach customers to do the same, using accessible language and basic tools that most home gardeners already have.
