Instructional design excites me because I love thinking about the process of learning, especially breaking down large or complex topics into accessible and engaging modules for busy adult learners. I enjoy blending my knowledge of the latest eLearning tools with a strong background in adult learning theory to create content that feels relevant and leads to measurable results. 

The services I offer include eLearning design and development, crafting job aids, and designing effective microlearning. 

Outside of work, I'm a cat mom who loves to read, travel, and explore all of Brooklyn's best brunches.
