My name is Justine, and I am a Brooklyn-based instructional designer who is passionate about designing engaging and relevant content for adult learners. I believe that strong instructional design is both collaborative and iterative, and I thrive when working on teams that are committed to continuous improvement. 

As a former teacher, I know how to find creative solutions to problems and reach many styles of learners. I love a challenge and am not deterred by going through multiple rounds of feedback until a project is just right.
