How long will Duquesne University let a mother starve?

On October 4th, 2018, Marquis Jaylen Brown (know to his friends and family as JB and Jaylen) died after falling from the 16th story of his Duquesne University student housing building in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Pittsburgh Police and Duquesne University investigations have not yielded the information that his mother, Dannielle Brown, seeks about the death of her son. It is imperative that Duquesne University allow Dannielle’s independent investigator to re-examine the evidence and witnesses in the case without needless limitations on access to data, facilities, witnesses, and university employees related to the tragic event. Anything less is a travesty of justice.
Dannielle is on a hunger strike for the following three demands:
Open an independent re-investigation of JB's death.
Equip all Duquesne University campus police with body cameras.
Train all Duquesne University campus police to respond appropriately to mental health crises in the student body.
