We want the truth about what happened to Kristen Smith on June 2, 2021 no matter what that truth may be.

It is our hope that her mother and kids can recover some, if not all of her belongings and find some closure.

We'd also like to shed light on the dismissive nature of the Justice systems towards victims of Domestic Violence when those victims are pushed into dropping charges. There is a need for the State to take over when the victims are bullied into dropping charges and also where a County may fail.
