This project is about differentiating and comparing mobile technology and personal computing as individuals by answering the questions below. section #1 is about phones. Section #2 is about if you're addicted to your phone. Section #3 the final section is PC vs phones its to see how you use technology and how it affects you.
The lesson learned in this project is that I could really live without technology but I probably won't because it is such a big part of my life because of how helpful it is.
Section #1 – Your Mobile Phone
What is the make and model of your phone?
What operating system is your phone currently running?
What security features do you currently have turned on?
Is your phone connected to the cloud? Why or why not?
How much storage space does your phone have? How much have you currently used?
Do you normally connect to WiFi on your phone? Why or Why Not?
Section #2 - Mobile Phone Addiction
Where is your phone right now?
What do you if your phone is not in the same room as you?
Do you take the phone into the bathroom with you? Why or why not?
Are you able to put your phone away for an hour or more and concentrate on something else? Can you give an example of when you have done this recently?
What apps do you use on your phone the most?
Section #3 – PC vs Phones
What apps/software do you use on the computer regularly?
Are their tasks or activities you find you must do on the computer instead of your phone? Or vice versa?
If phones disappeared today, how do you think your computer usage would change?
If you didn’t have access to your phone, how would you navigate to a strange place?
I’m assuming you are typing this on a computer, what is the operating system of the computer you are using?
How much hard drive space does your computer have?
How does your computer connect to the internet?
