Terms and condition for Junior Play School

1. • The App of Junior Play School is developed in house and suggestions and complaints are entertained solely and solely by us.

   • By using the app, you agree to share your information like phone number, aadhar card, payment info(for recurring payments) and analytics.

   • Parents can ask for a transfer certificate for their child if they wish to leave school, and can ask us to delete any information of their child or them.

2. Subscription and Fees:

   • The app operates on a monthly basis, where there will be payment amount for every month plus any annual charges that might be levived. 

   • The app is free to use and there are no hidden fees.

   • Junior Play School App may choose to charge parents additional fees for payment processing.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

   • The App is governed by Junior Play School. Any attempt on misuse and abuse of app, gives us right to take action against you or may suspend your account if found in charge of multiple violation of contract.

   • The logo of Junior Play School and app contents. belongs to their respective owners, any duplication of names or logos without our consen shall be liable for legal proceedings. All rights reserved.

4. Termination of Accounts:

   • The accounts of parents can be terminated on the account of proven misuse or abusing the app on purpose.

   • The user data will be retained by us on termination and will be held in case, we (Junior Play School) decide to take action against you.

5. Dispute Resolution:

   • All the disputes will be entertained with school administration.
