⦾ All refund request shall be entertained by school administration of Junior Play School only. We offer refunds based on specific conditions. To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
⚈ The user must have made a valid payment within the app.
⚈ The request for a refund must be submitted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
⚈ The reason for the refund request must fall within the acceptable categories (e.g., technical issues, accidental purchases).
⦾ To request a refund, users should follow these steps:
⚈ Contact school administration via phone or a personal visit.
⚈ Provide relevant details, including the order number, date of purchase, and reason for the refund.
⚈ School Administration will review the request and if approved, we will initiate refund in 5-7 business days.
⦾ Depending on the circumstances, we offer the following types of refunds:
⚈ Full Refund: If the user meets the eligibility criteria, we will issue a full refund for the purchase amount.
⚈ Partial Refund: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted (e.g., if the student only studied for X days in a month).
⚈ No Refund: Certain items (such as dresses or books) may not qualify for refunds.
Customer Support: To address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
⦾ The following items are non-refundable:
⚈ In-app purchases made more than 7 days ago.
⚈ Dresses or books that has already been used.
