We model, simulate, analyze, and design the materials properties for the next-generation semiconductor device applications. We employ combined methods of ab initio calculations, statistical thermodynamics, machine learning, in collaboration with experimental groups and larger-scale simulation groups, with the goal of making practical contribution to the semiconductor industry.
