Hi!
I am an assistant professor at Centre d'Economie de la Sorbonne (CES), Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Before joining Paris 1, I was a post-doctoral scholar at ENS de Lyon in 2022-2023 and I defended my PhD at Aix-Marseille School of Economics in June 2022. I was also a visiting scholar at Bocconi University and at Paris School of Economics.
My research interests include topics in the fields of political economy and development economics. My current research focuses on political selection, corruption and quality of governance.
I am the Principal Investigator of an ANR JCJC grant for the project CorruptClient (Why Corruption and Clientelism Persist?).
I co-organize the Paris Sorbonne Development, Globalisation, Labour and Public Policies Seminar at Université Paris 1
