Julieta Peveri
Hi!
I am an assistant professor at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a research fellow at the Centre d'Economie de la Sorbonne (CES).
Before joining Paris 1, I was a post-doctoral scholar at ENS de Lyon in 2022-2023 and I defended my PhD at Aix-Marseille School of Economics in June 2022. I was also a visiting scholar at Bocconi University and at Paris School of Economics.
My research interests include topics in the fields of political economy and development economics. My current research focuses on political selection, corruption and quality of governance.

I will be joining Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne as Assistant professor in September 2023

I co-organized the 11th EcoNomicS day on Political leaders at ENS de Lyon in June 2023
