Three-dimensional artifact

My three-dimensional object is my own personal sewing machine. My local library includes a sewing machine in their Library of Things so I consulted their record as an example. I went to the manufacturer's website to look up information on my model. I recorded the dimensions and what it includes if someone were to check it out. It took a little digging to come up with a place of the publisher since Brother is such a huge company with multiple locations. The year I put in [] for the year that the model was first manufactured. There really wasn't a description in a narrative format so I put it in from the bulleted list under the website's description. I am not sure if I am supposed to put devised by cataloger or not. Also, I deleted the fixed fields but when I printed the record it put them back in.
