The cover illustration may be how I felt after completing this project. This sound recording is a 3 CD deluxe set including a booklet of some of the song's lyrics and other information as well as disturbing images. I included a variant title field without the punctuation ... - since a user might omit that when searching. I looked at OCLC bibliographic formats and standards for the fields and examples of how to record things. I included in the 300 field the run time (adding up all the songs). The most challenging issue I encountered with this resource was how much to include. Since this is a compilation of different recordings from all different albums there were various writers, producers, engineers, etc. I decided to include the members of the band, the band's authorized access point, and the production companies that are listed under the copyright information for this set. I felt that if I was cataloging this for a local public library people would most likely know the band name and the maybe some of the members and that would be what they search for. If I was at another institution that had, for example, a well-known music program I might catalog it with more information and specificity.
