Harbor SEALs 

   In the Harbor SEALs Civic Science Program, I have accomplished numerous things. I have participated in a report (2020-2021) on monitoring the air quality in NYC specifically for  CO2   parameters and how they were affected due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I have also worked on the monitoring of the RipRap of Governors Island (2021- 2023) fo different Marine Debris that washes up and worked on categorizing them to see the volume of different debris that accumulates. I have risen in my positions from underclassman to Junior Leader to Senior Mentor. This was a great opportunity for a lot of science-based work and for making a positive impact on the community. I have assisted on all the research papers listed in the research projects section of this site!
