Your privacy is important to us. Everything you share during your Ortho-Bionomy® session is treated as confidential. Clinical records and personal health information are stored securely and are never shared with any third party without your written consent, except where required or permitted by New Zealand law.
We collect only the personal information necessary to provide your care, manage appointments, and communicate with you about your treatment. Your information is never sold, traded, or shared for marketing purposes. If you choose to receive occasional practice updates, you may unsubscribe at any time.
You may request access to or correction of the personal information we hold about you by contacting ob@juliafast.nz. We will respond as soon as reasonably practicable and within the timeframes required under New Zealand privacy law.
Clinical records are retained securely in accordance with New Zealand legal and professional record-keeping requirements.
Your appointment is reserved especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer that time to another client.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments without notice, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled session fee. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and any fee will be applied at our discretion.
If you are unwell, please stay home and let us know as soon as possible. We'll happily help you arrange another appointment when you're feeling better.
Workshop registrations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 14 days before the workshop begins. After that, registrations are generally non-refundable. Where possible, we are happy to transfer your registration to a future workshop or provide workshop credit.
