Assessment and Evaluation

During the course of coaching, or as a stand-alone service, clients or their organizations may also be in need of an assessment or evaluation in order to determine best next steps to take for any given project. Assessment and evaluations can include selecting, administering, scoring, and interpreting tests, conducting research or surveys, and utilizing data, instruments, and other tools/methods to gather information about a client's processes, structures, or employees.
