Julia McGee

I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the Universitat de Barcelona with affiliation to the Institut d'Economia de Barcelona (IEB).  I am on the Job Market this Autumn 2025. 

I graduated from the Barcelona School of Economics (BSE) with a Master of Economics in 2020 and the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalunya with a Master in Cities & Technology in 2022. 

I also hold a Bachelor's in Economics with minor in Statistics from Dalhousie University. 

My fields of research are:

• Urban and Spatial Economics

• Applied Microeconomics

• Policy Evaluation
