BG World Informal Group is a youth-led initiative based in Italy and active in the field of non-formal education, international mobility and youth participation.
The name reflects our identity: “BG” stands for Bergamo, the area where the group was born, while “World” represents our love for travelling, intercultural exchange and a wider international dimension. It expresses our belief that local roots and global openness can grow together.
Through Erasmus+ projects and community-based activities, BG World promotes volunteering, intercultural dialogue and European citizenship. We create learning experiences that empower young people, strengthen their competences and encourage active participation, with particular attention to inclusion and opportunities for those with fewer chances.
Juggling at High Altitude fully reflects our vision: combining creativity, mobility and meaningful international cooperation to help young people grow — locally and globally.
Riccardo Zambaldo. I recenly finished my studies in Philosophy, at the University of Milan. I am a youth worker active since 2018 in non-formal education with teenagers. My favourite setting is outdoor, especially, guess what: mountains.
In the last two years I have been involved in several Erasmus+ mobility projects as a youth leader and facilitator. Within this project, I will coordinate and facilitate the activities...especially when it's about Juggling: that's my favourite hobby!
Federica Spinelli. With a background in social work, I decided to step outside traditional boundaries to focus on my passions, travel, and human connections.
I bring solid experience in facilitation and learning processes, which is the spirit I’m bringing to this project. A nature lover always on the move, I can’t wait to meet you all and dive into this new experience of personal growth.
Michele Tuveri. My extensive experience as a youth worker and facilitator started in the rural areas of Sardinia where I craft and implement non-formal education methods and activities with different target groups (from children to young adults).
I am very passionate about many things, but after a background in Biology I decided to pursue a degree in Communication Sciences. In the field of non-formal education I specialize in the topics of social inclusion, communication, music (especially singing) and graphic facilitation.
I am also active at a local and international level as Youth Delegate for the "Generation Europe" network, raising awareness in young people about active participation in democratic life.
