This is the first time for me to join The Memory Project. Art has always been one of my favorite things to do in my free time and I'd like to share the happiness I found in it with others. The girl I painted is from Pakistan and her favorite color is pink, a soft and gentle color. I wish when she gets this painting, she may feel being cared and loved from a total stranger, and have strength to face the difficulties in her life.

This is the second time for me to join The Memory Project. The experience from last time made me feel the power of art and wanted to join the project again this year. The girl I painted this year is from Syria and her favorite color is red. However, due to the COVID- 19 situation, we could not sent the physical painting to the country but scan and upload them and have the organization printed them out. Hope the girl would like the painting!
