Jublix Studio ("we," "us," or "our") built the ZeroPercent app as a Freemium app. This SERVICE is provided by Jublix Studio at no cost for the base features, with an optional one-time in-app purchase for premium features, and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
ZeroPercent is designed with strict privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.
The app operates entirely locally on your device. There is no account creation, no login requirement, and no user analytics tracking. Any settings, timers, or preferences you configure remain exclusively on your device.
To function correctly, ZeroPercent requires specific Android device permissions. These permissions are used strictly to operate the timer and lock screen features locally on your device. We do not use these permissions to access personal files, monitor behavior, or transmit data over the internet.
Alarms & Reminders (SCHEDULE_EXACT_ALARM): Required to ensure the timer triggers precisely at the end of the countdown, even if the device is idle or sleeping.
Foreground Services (FOREGROUND_SERVICE & FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE): Required to keep the timer reliably running in the background and to maintain the Stealth Mode countdown without the Android operating system shutting it down.
Battery Optimization Bypass (REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS): Required to prevent the device's automatic battery-saving features from pausing, delaying, or killing the timer mid-countdown.
Display Over Other Apps (System Alert Window): Required to display the final "Time's Up" lock screen and unlock mechanisms over the active screen when the timer reaches zero.
ZeroPercent offers an optional premium upgrade. We do not process or store any payment information ourselves. All transactions are securely handled by Google Play Billing.
When you make a purchase, Google Play manages your credit card and billing information according to their own privacy policy and terms of service. We only receive an anonymous digital token from Google verifying that the premium features should be unlocked on your device.
ZeroPercent is a parenting tool utilized on devices handed to children. We fully comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent global regulations (such as GDPR-K). We do not knowingly or unknowingly collect personally identifiable information from children, as the application collects zero user data from anyone.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
