Welcome to Mythos: Online (“the Game”), created by Jublix Studios (“we”, “our”, “us”). Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you play our multiplayer game. By installing or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described below.
To provide a persistent multiplayer world, we collect specific data directly from you. The Game also utilizes third-party software development kits (SDKs) that automatically collect device data.
A. Data Collected by Us (First-Party)
Account Credentials: We collect your email address and a securely hashed password during registration to authenticate your identity.
Gameplay Data: We store your character's progression, inventory, location, and in-game interactions to maintain the persistent MMORPG world.
B. Data Collected by Third Parties (AdMob & Unity) We use services provided by Google (AdMob) and Unity Technologies. They may collect and transmit:
Identifiers: Advertising ID (AAID), Android ID, and Device ID.
Location Data: Approximate location (derived from IP address).
Usage Data: Ad views, clicks, and gameplay session duration.
Diagnostics: Crash logs, battery status, and loading times.
To strictly comply with Google Play’s Data Safety standards, we disclose that data is collected and transmitted off your device for Analytics, Advertising, and App Functionality:
Crash Logs & Diagnostics: Data related to application crashes (e.g., stack traces) and app performance is collected to help us identify bugs and ensure the Game runs smoothly.
Device or Other IDs: Unique identifiers are collected to prevent fraud, manage advertising frequency, and authenticate your game account.
We and our third-party partners use this data for:
App Functionality: Securing your account, loading your saved game progress, and facilitating live multiplayer chat. (Note: While live chat is not currently permanently logged, interactions happen in real-time and may be visible to other players. Please do not share personal information in chat).
Advertising: Delivering optional Rewarded Video and Interstitial ads via Google AdMob.
Analytics: Understanding player retention and fixing technical server issues.
Fraud Prevention: Detecting invalid ad traffic or bots.
We use the following third-party service providers and recommend reviewing their privacy policies:
Google AdMob: Used for serving advertisements. (Data: Advertising ID, Location, Usage Data, Diagnostics). Privacy Policy

If you are located in the European Union, EEA, or UK, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Legal Basis: We rely on Contractual Necessity to process your email and game data to provide the MMORPG service. We rely on Legitimate Interest for non-personalized ads, server stability, and fraud prevention. We rely on Consent for personalized ads (requested via a popup).
Your Rights: You have the right to access, correct, restrict, or request the deletion of your account and personal data. You can withdraw consent for personalized ads at any time via your device settings.
We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense. However, allowing ad networks to collect device IDs for personalized advertising may be considered "sharing" under California law.
Right to Opt-Out: You can opt-out of personalized advertising via your device settings or Google's Ad Settings.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and email address.
Mythos: Online is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at sagaandepics@gmail.com, and we will delete the account and associated data.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data. Passwords are mathematically hashed and are never stored or readable in plain text on our servers. All third-party data collected by Google and Unity is processed using industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) during transit.
You have full control over your data:
Account Deletion: You may request the permanent deletion of your game account and email by contacting us at the email provided below.
Advertising Controls: You can control how your data is used for ads by navigating to: Android Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete Advertising ID, or by visiting your Google Account at https://myadcenter.google.com.
AdMob and Unity may process data on servers located in various countries. We host our multiplayer servers to support the Game globally. By creating an account, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your residence.
In-game advertisements may link to external websites or content. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties.
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our game mechanics (such as implementing chat moderation logs) or legal requirements. The "Last Updated" date indicates when changes were made. Your continued use of the Game means you accept the updated terms.

To request the complete deletion of your Mythos: Online account, please send an email to sagaandepics@gmail.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. We will process your request within 7 days.
Upon request, we will permanently delete your email address, hashed password, and all associated gameplay data (including characters, inventory, and progression). No data is retained after the deletion process is complete.
