Lead Instructor at JT Ranch and CHA Master Clinic Instructor in Western, English and Jumping. Tereesa has competed professionally in Dressage, Cowboy Dressage, Eventing, as well as Western and English performance.
With over 25 years of experience starting and training horses that have competed in all disciplines, Tereesa has developed a well rounded training style influenced by her own experience and those from whom she's learned.
As a youth, she showed in 4-H from the age of 8 to 18. She led a 4H group and was a certified 4-H Judge in Washington, Idaho and Oregon for many years.
Tereesa was also head Coach of the JT Ranch Vaulters, a competitive Vaulting Team from 2009-2023. The team competed in venues everywhere from Washington, Oregon, Denver, Utah and Canada. They had vaulters compete in the Regional and National Championships.
Her current standing as a Certified Health Coach, combined with her experience in the horse industry, has allowed her to help others move forward not only in their riding, but in life.
Certified Western and English Instructor, as well as a Certified Equine Facility Manager. Jim has ridden horses his whole life, shown in 4-H, and helped Tereesa start and train horses.
Jim was a professional cowboy working on feedlots, handling cattle, roping and training horses for many years. He also owned a custom cattle care business; caring for up to 600 mother cows at a time. Jim is passionate about cattle work, horsemanship and ranch roping.

Lead Trainer and certified riding instructor in Western, English and Jumping as well as a certified Equine Facility Manager. Dani started out at JT Ranch as an intern in 2016 and has worked her way up to Lead Trainer and Riding Instructor. Dani is very involved in training horses, teaching lessons, showing, and most recently, breakaway roping. She also attended our certification clinic and was certified in 2018. She is amazing with students from the tiny tots to adults and has a passion for this way of life.

CHA certified in English, Western, Therapeutic Riding and Equine Facility Management. Natalie is a life-long horse and camp kid; she brings a lot of energy to our summer camps. She loves teaching the tiniest riders in our Tiny Tots program. When she is not teaching, Natalie can be found cleaning paddocks and maintaining the ranch facilities. She takes great pride in the care and upkeep of the ranch and our lesson horses.
