GTA: San Andreas Improved Default Car Data V1.4
Has fixes and changes to vehicle code and a few models within the game.
Expands what vehicles show up in traffic groups, their rarities, colors, and a few other tweaks.

Shamal and Dodo have color now (I have included the vehicle model edits required to get color on these vehicles. I do not take credit for these model edits and I have no clue where I got them from, I've had them for a long time and cannot find the correct sources for them).
carcols.dat
Stretch now spawns in black as well as white
Added a white paintjob and fixed the black and green paintjob (error, supposed to be white and green)
Shamal spawns in white, white-ish gray, and black. Might add a few more colors later in the next update
Securicar spawns in white, grey, navy, and green
Sanchez spawns in white, green, light blue
cargrp.dat:
Added more vehicles across all the vehicle groups. Some other notable changes include:
Bf inject, Bandito, Kart, Mower, Caddy, and Quad all have a chance of spawning in the desert and countryside
Added more cars that gangs drive
More industrial traffic types spawn (utility truck and vans spawn a bit more frequently in the cities)
Dune, Patriot, and Sandking spawn in the desert, albeit very rarely

some changes to vehicle frequencies (frq) (how common they spawn) in relation to the changes in cargrp.dat
I plan to include a modified popcyc.dat sometime in the near future to further build upon how the traffic spawns.
REQUIRED: fastman92 Limit Adjuster to edit cargrp limit from 23 to 63 to ensure more vehicles spawn, as by default at the 23 limit, the euros, phoenix, and sentinel don't spawn in # POPCYCLE_GROUP_CASUAL_AVERAGE, and the additional vehicles added to that group plus a few others will not work! This is an error that is present in the game by default.

V1.1:
previously had glenshit and sadlshit (beat up glendale and sadler) spawn in countryside/poor group, but removed them in this version
I originally had changes to the quad to be RWD as with the case for the real-world version, but it would need further changes to the grip to make it perform better off-road. I have left it default for now.
V1.2:
added edited popcyc.dat
factory vehicles (delivery vans, work trucks, etc...) have a chance to spawn in countryside/desert/highways between 8am to 6pm
more vehicles spawn in business/residential districts
better traffic diversity overall
Increased flatbed frequency to 10 in vehicles.ide
added utiltr1 to carcols.dat, now spawns with two paint jobs; black and white
edits to cargrp.dat to remove most of the vans from countryside and poorgroup (burrito and pony). The rumpo remains unaffected by these changes

Quad now has period correct colors inspired by various quads from the 80s/90s (Honda FourTrax, Kawasaki Mojave, Yamaha Banshee, Yamaha Breeze, Yamaha Grizzly, Sukuki QuadRacer)

Fixed an error where I had accidentally forgot to remove some added vehicles from my version of the file
# POPCYCLE_GROUP_CLUBBERS shares the same vehicles as # POPCYCLE_GROUP_ENTERTAINERS
Gangs:
Ballas and Families share the same vehicles now (majestic, tahoma, buccanee, esperant, virgo, voodoo, greenwoo, savanna, sabre, bike, bmx). Also added sabre and bike/bmx.
LS Mex gangs now have the bike/bmx added to their group
DaNang Boys now drive the sabre, stallion, and sadler
Triads now drive the infernus, uranus, and all the sport bikes (pcj600, fcr900, bf400)
Italian Mafia now drive the elegant and premier
Added the patriot to # POPCYCLE_GROUP_DESERT_FOLK
Added the pizzaboy to several groups to spawn in the cities
Added faggio to average and poor groups
Added the bus along side every group the coach spawns in
# POPCYCLE_GROUP_AIRCREW now shares the same vehicles as # POPCYCLE_GROUP_CASUAL_AVERAGE
Added caddy to runway aircrew
Added willard and intruder to business and average

Increased frequency of the following vehicles (linerunner, tanker, roadtrain, andromeda, utility) and decreased the frequency of the sweeper
Changed pizzaboy to worker class and decreased frequency to 2
