This is a perpetual project that isn't likely to see release any time soon, I occasionally work on this pack but I often take multiple month breaks between updates. I host with this pack sometimes for testing/fun.
These are heavily modified reskins of Stratofortress' F-18, but with changes to the handling, hud, and balancing.

Handling:
Pitching hard results in tighter turns, but also slows the plane down. Pitching too hard while at a low speed will cause the plane to stall. Pitching slowly or in a small amount will conserve momentum more efficiently, especially at a higher speed. The handling is setup in a 'sim-cade' manner, so they do fly a but arcadey but also faintly realistic, being that they slide around in the air a bit more like real planes do. The planes turn the best once they reach the max speed of 440.
I also have a variant of this pack with more simple handling, similar to Stato's F-18, but with slight changes per plane according to ability/generation/etc...
Weapons:
Each Fighter is equipped with AA missiles, bombs, and a cannon. They can drop 1 bomb every 5 seconds and fire 1 AA missile every 3. Bombers are only equipped with bombs, but can drop them every 2 seconds. Attack aircraft have an additional weapon added; rocket pods. They can be fired until they run out of ammo with a 10 second reload. Interceptors only have AA and cannons. Each plane can deploy flares every 5 seconds, so time your flares and maneuvers to avoid getting shot down.
Balancing:
A lot of the planes are set up to fight other fighters within the same generation. So Gen 3 fighters will have a harder time fighting Gen 4 and 5 aircraft, but easily be able to fight within their own league and lower. Gen 5 (and some Gen 4/4.5)Jets are able to fly faster and turn harder than others.
