Start Here: Complete Your Intake Form

Every family and educator comes to JT Education with different questions, experiences, and goals. Before scheduling or beginning individualized services, all new clients are required to complete a brief intake form.

The intake form helps JT Education understand your current situation, what you're hoping to accomplish, and where you may need guidance. This allows us to recommend the most appropriate service and make the best use of our time together.

À La Carte Parent Services

Get the guidance you need, when you need it.

Not every situation requires a coaching package. À la carte services are designed for parents who have a specific question, document, meeting, or concern and want individualized guidance without committing to ongoing services.

Choose the service that best fits where you are right now.

COACHING OF IEP/504/General questions

Individualized one-on-one coaching designed around your questions and concerns.

Coaching may include:

-Preparing for an upcoming IEP/ARD or 504 meeting

-Understanding accommodations, modifications, services, and goals

-Reviewing progress and school concerns

-Developing meaningful questions for your child's educational team

-Understanding next steps in the IEP or 504 process

-Discussing communication with your child's school

The goal isn't simply to tell you what to do. It's to help you understand the process

and your options so you can make informed decisions for your child.

31–60 minutes: $100

Additional time after 60 minutes: $50 for each additional 30 minutes

Any expedited need, within 3 business days, will have a $100 add on fee

IEP/504 REVIEW

Have a plan but aren't sure what everything means?

JT Education will review your child's current IEP or 504 Plan and provide an individualized coaching report designed to

help you better understand the document.

Your review may address present levels, goals, accommodations, services and supports, progress monitoring,

areas needing clarification, and questions you may want to bring to your child's educational team.

The goal is understanding—not simply identifying concerns.

Higher needs IEP review (life skills, behavior, etc): $200

FIE/TESTING REVIEW

Evaluation reports contain valuable information about how your child learns, but they can be difficult to understand.

JT Education will help break down the evaluation into parent-friendly language, including:

Evaluation results

-Identified strengths and areas of need

-Eligibility information

-Connections between evaluation data and educational needs

-Questions to consider for your child's meeting

-Areas where you may want additional clarification

Our goal is for you to enter the conversation understanding the information being discussed,

not hearing it for the first time at the table.

AU/Life Skills Document Review: $250

PROGRESS REPORT REVIEW

-If you only want a progress report (given every 9 weeks ) reviewed

Parent Check-In Plans

Sometimes you don't need another full service—you simply want to know you have someone to check in with when a question, document, or new concern comes up.

Parent Check-In Plans provide continued access to individualized guidance while keeping the focus on building your own knowledge and confidence.

Our goal is to help you leave the process knowing more than when you started.

Professional IEP Coaching for Educators

IEP Compliance and Quality Review

Educator submits one draft IEP. You review it and provide written audit feedback on things like PLAAFPs, goals, services/supports, accommodations, progress monitoring, alignment, and overall compliance/quality.

-Review one draft IEP + a 30-minute one-on-one coaching session virtually or phone call

IEP Development Coaching

Educator brings their student data and draft materials, and you work alongside them.

PLAAFPs, impact statements, measurable goals, accommodations, services/supports, progress monitoring, etc.

1 hour: $100

90 minutes: $150

Targeted IEP Coaching

Have a specific IEP question or component you'd like help strengthening? Targeted IEP Coaching provides a focused, one-on-one coaching session centered on one area of IEP development, such as a PLAAFP, impact statement, measurable goal, accommodation, progress-monitoring method, or service consideration.

Submit your question or relevant IEP component prior to your session so we can use our time together to focus on understanding, strengthening, and applying the skill.

If JT Education has helped you better understand the IEP or 504 process, we'd love for you to share us with another parent or educator who could benefit.

When someone you refer completes a qualifying paid coaching or document-review service, you'll receive a $25 JT Education service credit to use when you need us again.
