Activity Requirements
In order to be an active member or candidate you must meet certain activity requirements. These requirements will change depending on if you are a member or candidate. If you are an associate, you do not have set activity requirements, but can qualify for candidacy in the future.

Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility Requirements
In order to be eligible to join Jacksonville State University's Nu Phi Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi you must:
have declared or have intention to declare a major in Accounting or Finance AND
have completed at least one upper level course in your major (Accounting or Finance) by the end of Fall 2025 OR
have successfully completed ACC 200 and ACC 210
have attained a cumulative GPA of 3.0 in all major courses (ACC 200 & 210 not included) AND
have attained an overall GPA of at least 3.0** AND
not be planning to graduate before Spring 2026
**If you do not have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher and you are still interested in joining, there are a few exceptions to this rule. Please see Mr. Sudduth for details.
