Banquet: Hotel Grand Shinonome
A shuttle bus is available from Tsukuba Bioscience Hall to Hotel Grand Shinonome.
The shuttle bus departs from the main entrance at 17:30.
Notice regarding lunch included in participation fee：Vegetarian Lunch Box
Please note that the conference participation fee includes 2,000 JPY for lunch ( 2 days). Lunch boxes and tea will be provided for participants at the lunch venue.
Common Japanese cuisine is served for lunch, but vegetarian preferences can be accommodated upon request.
Additionally, our lunch options are Halal-friendly* to accommodate dietary restrictions.
If you would like a vegetarian lunch (halal lunch), please contact the conference secretariat by email by March 2nd.
* : Restaurants serving vegetarian lunches use soy-based meat substitutes and do not cook the meat.

Presentation Guidelines for Speakers
After each presentation, the speaker immediately assumes the role of chair for the next presentation.
