Banquet
☆ Banquet will be held from 18:30 to 20:30 on the first day, October 8 (Sun), at Hananoki Restaurant in Nagoya University (about 15 minutes walk from ILAS building).
※ Hananoki Restaurant is located in building D14 on Higashiyama Campus in this map (please note that this is in Higashiyama Campus, not in Tsurumai Campus).
☆ Participation Fees for Member is 5,000 JPY and for Student Member is 2,000 JPY（We will announce the payment after your application）.
Lunch Box
☆ Lunch Boxes are served at the reception from 11:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. on the first day, October 8 (Sunday), and from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on the second day, October 9 (Monday) for those who make reservations in advance.
☆ Lunch Box is 1,500 JPY each day.
※ There is a convenience store near the reception.
