Oral Presentation Guide (online only)
(1) Oral presentations will be given using Zoom, with each presenter sharing his or her own PC screen. Oral presentations will be 12 minutes and 3 minutes for questions and answers, for a total of 15 minutes. We are also considering setting up a question and answer board for each session to allow for questions and answers that could not be answered during the session.
(2) PowerPoint files that are extremely large may take a long time to display or cause other problems depending on the specifications of your PC.
Poster Presentation (online only)
The poster presentation will be made using the LINC Biz service. Presenters are requested to upload their posters (PDF, JPEG, PNG, MP4 files, etc.) to the dedicated LINC Biz website in advance, and to use the chat function to answer questions during the conference. In addition, we plan to have a live discussion session during the core time using the video function, which is a supplementary service of the LINC Biz. We are also considering to offer an opportunity for flash talks, although this will be subject to the number of presenters and the schedule.
