Registration and Travel Support

Registration : 3,000 yen including coffee, lunch and banquet. (no support from our chapter)

We basically provide you financial support as following.

Travel : We can support your travel fee. (maximum 20,000 yen)

Please bring the receipt of your tickets at the meeting otherwise you are not getting money back!!!

Accommodation : We financially make up whole fee of your hotel.

Hotel : Single room in GR hotel Esaka. You don't need to book this hotel because we already did.
