Student Chapter Poster Exhibition on 1st day

Each student chapter can present you chapter and activities in chapter introduction session on 1st day.

Each chapter can only present one poster, but if several student chapters (ex. OSA, SPIE, JSAP) exist in the same university, each chapter can present their poster respectively.

Posters should be A0 or smaller than that size.

Research Poster Session on 2nd day

You can also present your research in the poster session on 2nd day. Please note that this is different from chapter poster session on 1st day.

Posters should be A0 or smaller than that size.

Technical Workshop on 2nd day

You should bring your laptop for a workshop on craft of scientific presentation.

Student Chapter Flag

If your student chapter has student chapter flag, like below photos, we highly recommend you to bring it. We will take group photo at the meeting, so that you can emphasize your chapter involvement to this meeting. We would be glad to take group photo with many chapter flags.
