The Jurnal Semarak Bahasa (JSB) has been published since 2009 under the Institute of Teacher Education (IPG) Malay Language Campus. The journal's primary focus is on the field of language, particularly the Malay language, with the aim of promoting scholarly research and writing in various aspects of teaching, learning, and the use of the Malay language. This journal is published once a year, in December.
JSB serves as an important platform for disseminating research findings, educational experiences, and local discoveries related to the development of the Malay language and culture. Additionally, the journal provides a space for the discussion and publication of impactful research in the field of Malay language teaching, as well as best practices in language education.
Open Access Policy
As an open-access journal, JSB allows all of its content to be accessed for free without any charge to users or institutions. Users are free to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles in this journal without needing to obtain prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which ensures the wide dissemination of knowledge.
