Kindly commence the assessment on week 12 - 13 and complete the Assessment Forms by week 15.
Students will be assessed on their personal traits and sports skills in the forms provided.

For Personal Traits, please click the box if you observed the student display the trait during the course of JSA.
For Skills Assessment, please fill in 1 to 4 for each skill according to the Skills Assessment Rubrics.
When there is lightning alert, outdoor sports will need to move to an indoor facility. Training will be modified accordingly.
In view of the recent high temperature, coaches are reminded to watch out for students that may experience early signs of heat injury (lethargy, cramps, thirst, headache and dizziness). Besides adjusting the intensity of training, coaches are to factor in more rest and water breaks when needed.
Metereological Service Singapore (MSS) predicted the possibility of transboundary smoke haze in Singapore between July to October 2023. As of now haze management is not activated.
Coaches are to spend around 10 minutes to debrief and allow students to complete their Sports Journal every session. Coaches may allow students to complete their Journals either at the start or end of the session, up to coaches' discretion.
