Testimonials

"It's Weird! and Amazing!"

"Its weird! and amazing! but only if you are prepared to be vulnerable and let go. You literally can feel the shifts happen inside of yourself.

Hearing other peoples prior experience is helpful if you haven't done it before. I like the music because it helps to submerse yourself into the experience.

The group size was just right."

~ Jennifer Illsley-Hall

"Could see street signs clearer"

"It's like a repetitive exercise that helps one to go within through mindful breathing while connecting with self. It felt like almost a pumping movement that helped with blood circulation. When I was driving home I could see the street signs clearer. I'm nearsighted and sometimes reach for my mild prescriptions mostly at night. I also noticed less inflammation around my face and eyes the next morning. It definitely feels like a detox.

Participating in our own healing/clearing/connecting is key and sometimes the support makes all the difference... you're amazing healers.🙌🏼🙌🏼

Jen and Shannon make a great team. This being my second experience at a breath workshop, I was finally able to get into a steady rhythm through my breath. Their guidance before and during the breath work was very helpful. Sharing some of their personal growth made the space feel safe for the rest of us to share as well. Their compassion and caring intentions for the group was very much felt.❤️❤️"

How would you describe this kind of breathwork?

It's about, "Connecting with yourself, releasing stressors and pain. The music [is] grounding and the session was good value for me based on my experience. It took me a while to get the rhythm of the breathing, but the explanation and touch/coaching helped me a lot."

~ Andrew
