Hi, My name is Jeff Rooney: I consider myself an average dude trying to make sense of the world around me. Having struggled in school as a child, my interest in life and curiosity with everything life was never satisfied. I never was the kid who got in line and shut up. I spent my time in the hallway, in detention, the principles office, the LD room... but the one place I didn't spend much time in, was the classroom. You can probably tell my grammar sucks. I was the first kid in Waukesha county, WI with ADHD and dyslexia. So bare with me, I technically never really got what we call a formal education. However, my curiosity has lead me to become an avid reader and listener of many topics from many sources. I enjoy paying attention to the world around me. I take in a lot of content and have opinions. I love discussion and want to bring my perspective to the world to see if I can help make it a little better place. I want to represent truth and honesty. Honor and respect for each other. I look forward to sharing the world with you. Stay calm and courageous, Strength and honor.

My Eyes and Ears Hurt

My eyes see one reality

My ears hear another

I look down the road and see home after home being built

I hear young adults are living at home longer without any guilt

I see construction companies everywhere, building away

I hear the cost of lumbar is climbing, day after day

I see nice cars all over, rolling on by

I hear the price of used vehicles, is up to the sky

I see rent's up almost 40% in places

But haven't heard about anyone getting raises

I see millions of people getting out bid

I hear investment firms are buying it instead

I see it becoming harder and harder to purchase a home

I hear my neighbor talk about buying a 2nd, not needing a loan

I see money all over

But only hear how bad it is

I see two groups of people

I hear one's rich and one's poor

I see the rich ones not following regulations(masks)

I wonder where they got, there information
