The Athletic Department at J.P. Case Middle School strives to provide our student-athletes with a comprehensive, well-planned, and balanced program throughout the year.  Below you will find registration information & deadlines for each season with the sports offered at that time.  Click the Athletic Registration link to access all the necessary paperwork to register. All requested paperwork must be submitted to the nurse by the date registration closes to ensure the School Physician can review all documents to clear the student-athlete. 

REGISTRATION DATES & DEADLINES

Fall Registration Opens: June 9, 2025

Fall Registration Closes:  August 7, 2025

Physicals must be valid from 9/8/24-9/8/25

First day of tryouts: September 8, 2025

FALL SPORTS:  Cross Country, Field Hockey, Soccer Boys, Soccer Girls, Volleyball Girls

First day of tryouts: November 17, 2025
