Lab Intro
Nanostructured Materials and Devices Lab (NMDL) @ Kumoh National Institute of Technology (kit) explores cutting-edge nanofabrication technologies. By integrating materials, properties, and applications through a process-centered research framework, we develop scalable nanofabrication methods and large-area nanostructured materials with exceptional performance, aiming toward real-world implementation. Our current research spans a wide range of interdisciplinary fields, including:
Advanced 3D lithography
Optical simulation and materials (e.g., photomasks, photoresists)
Atomic layer deposition (ALD) for nanoporous materials
3D nanoarchitectures for emerging applications (e.g., metamaterials, nanophotonics, neuromorphic devices)
