Building Community, One Connection at a Time

At JPA Plaza, we believe a plaza can be much more than a place to shop, dine, or do business—it can be a place where community takes root.

From the beginning, our vision for JPA Plaza has been centered around bringing people together. Whether through family-friendly events, nonprofit partnerships, support of local artists, or giving back to organizations doing meaningful work, our goal has always been to create a space where relationships grow and where people feel connected to something bigger than themselves.

Supporting Community Causes

Community is built when local businesses step forward to support the organizations that make a difference every day.

Over the past year, JPA Plaza was proud to donate more than $270 in prizes to support local tricky tray fundraisers benefiting important community organizations, including:

• Mary Mother of God Church

• Hearts of Hope

• Neshanic Garden Club

• Hillsborough High School Band

These events do more than raise funds—they bring neighbors together, strengthen local causes, and create opportunities for people to support one another.

For JPA Plaza, contributing to these efforts is one small way we can help organizations continue their important work.

Partnering Through the Arts

One of the most exciting examples of community collaboration has been our partnership with the Hillsborough Arts Council.

Together, JPA Plaza and the Hillsborough Arts Council are working together to organize a Creative Wellness Event, designed to celebrate the connection between creativity, self-expression, and personal well-being.

This event is about more than art. It is about creating an environment where people of all ages can explore creativity, connect with others, and experience the positive impact that the arts can have on emotional wellness and community spirit.

Proceeds from this collaboration help support the mission of the Hillsborough Arts Council while also creating meaningful experiences for families and residents throughout the area.

From our art shows and nonprofit expos to community partnerships and charitable giving, every event at JPA Plaza is created with one purpose in mind: bringing people together.

We have seen firsthand how artists inspire conversation, how nonprofits build awareness, how local businesses form new partnerships, and how families discover a true sense of belonging when a community gathers with purpose.
