About My Coaching
Joyrise Coaching offers real change, rooted in real connection. I blend behavior science, practical habit-building, and personal intuition to meet each client exactly where they are. Whether your goals are physical, emotional, or lifestyle-based, we build something together—something that sticks. I coach the whole person, not just the part they think needs fixing.
Joyrise was born from my own lived experience—decades of trauma recovery, unlearning, and rebuilding a relationship with my body, my choices, and my worth. I’ve walked through dysfunction, abuse, religious shame, codependency, postpartum depression, and chronic overfunctioning. I’ve also walked out. What I needed in the hardest seasons wasn’t a cheerleader or a “just try harder” plan—I needed grounded support, simple steps, and someone to hold space while I figured out what I actually wanted.
That’s what I do now. I help people change their lives from the inside out—slowly, sustainably, and on their own terms.
This process works whether you're trying to rebuild your routines, start walking again, stop abandoning yourself in relationships, or just feel like your life fits you again. It’s for anyone who’s tired of white-knuckling through life alone and wants change that actually lasts.
