Engr. Joy Ogbor, an Engineer by trade has worked with me for a period of 3 years. From a colleague’s perspective she is a well read individual capable of interpreting her knowledge into empirical real life situations. She is a problem solver, a tech Whizz-kid, a data analyst and an ardent engineer. At first glance, she has a calm demeanor which shrouds her resilience and work ethic. As a lady she wears her engineering hat with red bottoms navigating her sometimes unpalatable work environment with grace. Some of her achievements are on record in our firm which include; leading a team to audit the power consumption of the firm’s facilities thereby recommending and implementing necessary measures that significantly reduced the firm’s energy consumption, she was part of the team that constructed and installed the first Nigerian military Satellite Ground Receiving Station.Also, she was responsible for designing mechanical drawings for all projects undertaken by our firm consolidating her place as an indispensable member of our department. She is capable of using applications such as AUTOCAD, Google Workspace, MS Office amongst others. She is as good as an engineer as she is a friend. Outside the workspace she is very resourceful, ambitious, cheerful and a jolly good fellow. She is a gem and I highly recommend her for the best opportunities that may arise.
