ACTING CLASS SCHEDULE:
1. Warm-ups: 10 minutes
2. Create:
Unit 1 Acting Technique: Present technique lesson (15 minutes) + Rehearse technique for improvised scene (10 minutes)
Units 2 & 3 Performance: Rehearse performance & scripted scenes (30 - 45 minutes)
3. Performances (Formative Assessments):
Unit 1 Acting Technique - 45 minutes (Perform a 1 minute loosely improvised scene of technique presented that day, on the stage for the entire class.)
Units 2 & 3 Performance Switch - 20 minutes (Each cast partners with another cast(s) in a spot in the room, to perform for one another and offer positive feedback.)
4. Respond & Connect discussion: 5 minutes (With another partner, Get To Know You Games, Word of the class? How did you grow today? What did you do well today? What can you work on?)
