Option: Each semester, scenes from ONE PLAY are selected and performed. Each scene from the play has a totally different cast. This allows each actor to have a large role and to explore a character. For instance, in ANNE OF GREEN GABLES there are 8 scenes in the performance. Each scene has a different actress play Anne. So there are 8 actresses in the drama class who play Anne in the final performance. This selection of scenes from a play does NOT include any costumes, sets, or lighting. Students are only allowed to focus on character development and performance.
