Start by making sure you believe what you're offering is a good opportunity! Write out why you are all the good things that have happened to you since you became a consultant? What are all the good things that you've seen Norwex make possible for others with their impact and their income? Believing you have an amazing opportunity to share and that it will positively impact the world is your foundation!

"No problem! I just wanted to let you know that I think you'd be great at it, but if it's a no, that's all good. If anything every changes, you know where to find me!"
Twice a month - on the second and last Monday - our team hosts a "Peek At The Possibilities" Opportunity Event at 7pm, Central on Facebook. During this event, you can invite folks to explore if Norwex could be a good fit for them! They'll have the chance to hear from top leaders within Team Joy Revolution and enter to win a prize drawing. This event is also a great way for you to learn how to show the benefits of Norwex with potential team members!
Yay! Work with your new team member about their launch party so that you can be strategic to maximize their Bright Start Rewards and have them sign up when it most benefits the start of their new business!

Share what's great about being a consultant! Give people the permission to be curious. There are lots of ways to do this:
Ask Me About My Job game: great for live parties, in home or online. You set a time for three minutes and give out tickets for anyone who asks a question about your job as a consultant (make sure to lay out ground rules that they only get a ticket if it's about your JOB! Product questions are for after the game!) You can give them "freebie" questions to get the ball rolling like
"How much does it cost to get started?"
"How much do you earn?"
Or anything that you want to make sure to share about being a Norwex consultant!

The Reach Out: If you've got people in your "warm circle" you would love to have on your team, here's a helpful formula for when you are send:
"I'm reaching out because" - what is going on that spurred the action of reaching out to that specific person?
"I thought of you because" - explain why! Is it because they love products, they are committed to the environment, you love spending time with them... whatever it is, share sincerely why you thought of getting them the information.
"Would you like the details?" - an unassuming yes or no question to open up a conversation
Tell YOUR story: Share what Norwex has done for you! During our Peek At the Possibilities events, we want to feature the way Norwex has impacted YOU! We are going to create graphics FOR you, featuring your stories. They'll be used during our events AND you will also get them for your own personal use in your business! Fill out this form, and my CMO will create the magic for you and then send them directly to you - these graphics can be used at parties or in customer groups, giving people the opportunity to personally connect.
