The AutoSave program is completely flexible. You can add or delete items, change frequencies, or change ship dates at any time.ย
Any recurring products you add to your order will be at 10% off. You can also add one-time products at the regular price. Whenever your complete order is at least $150 retail you unlock free shipping!ย

HOW DO I FIND MY AUTOSAVE ORDER & HOW DO I EDIT IT?
If you put something on Autosave through a personal order (as mentioned in the training,) please note that it will take the system a bit of time to update your My AutoSave page. So if you start following these steps below and are not able to locate your order, just give the system some time to catch up!
HOW TO FIND YOUR AUTOSAVE ORDER:
Log into your consultant account by going to https://norwex.com/sign-in and putting in your consultant ID and password.
Hover over your picture in the upper right hand corner + select "Profile and Settings."
Click on "My Autosave" on the left (on the computer) or select the drop down arrow and select "My Autosave" (on a mobile device.)
Here you can see what you currently have on autosave, where it is shipping, and the date it is supposed to ship next.ย
If you want the option to always have your "Norwex Perks" money applied to your order, simply select that checkbox. You can earn Norwex perks a few different ways (having an event, team-building, etc,) so if you earn Norwex perks money and have this box checked, it will always be applied to your Autosave order to bring down the total amount due.ย
HOW TO EDIT YOUR NEXT + FUTURE AUTOSAVE ORDERS:
Once you are in "My Autosave," the first screen that pops up will allow you to change the order date, add or subtract items, etc. for your NEXT autosave shipment.ย
FOR EXAMPLE: Maybe you want to add an Envirocloth to your next order only, you can do so on this page. THIS WILL NOT UPDATE ALL FUTURE AUTOSAVE ORDERS. Watch the video training above for more explanation!
To edit FUTURE repeating items, click on "All Autosave"
Here you can add new autosave items (items that are eligible for autosave, IE graphic above.) Simply add items, choose frequency, and save. Because you already have ONE item on autosave, any NEW items you put on autosave will automatically be discounted the extra 10%!!
FOR EXAMPLE: You already had Illuminating Oil on Autosave (paid full price the first time; save an extra 10% on future orders) if you add Bathroom Cleaner to your autosave, you will save 10% on your first shipment of this product. Watch the video training above for more explanation!

You can easily add their product order to your cart to help you towards that goal of $150 retail for the free shipping, or $250 to engage your account and stay active every 3 months! You can also help your friends and customers schedule their OWN autosave order... they're always running out of detergent anyways.. might as well get them set up so they never run out and they save 10% as a customer!
Here's some great verbiage to use to reach out to those friends/family members in your life who love their detergent, descaler, mattress cleaner, etc. Make sure you edit it to sound like you!
Hey! I know how much you love the ((INSERT PRODUCT NAME HERE)) and wanted to reach out about a new program Norwex has so you can save every month on your order AND never run out! Since you regularly order ((INSERT PRODUCT NAME HERE)) anyway, you can set your order up on Autosave for any frequency from monthly to every six months, and get 10% off your repeat orders! Can I send you the info on how it works?
WHEN THEY SAY YES....ย Respond with something like this:
The cool thing about this new autosave is that you can add any other products you may need that month to your order (if new products come out, or maybe you need a gift that month?) change delivery dates, and even get FREE SHIPPING if your Autosave order is $150 or more. That's on top of your 10% off you get with replenishment autosave purchases. How amazing is that! I'm planning on setting up my own autosave order...
