Every item at Journey's Baking is handcrafted and made fresh to order. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, decoration, shape, size, and overall appearance may occur. These variations are a natural part of handcrafted baking and do not affect the quality, taste, or freshness of the product.

Orders are considered confirmed only after the required order form has been successfully submitted and payment, or any required deposit, has been received and verified by Journey's Baking. Submission of an order form alone does not guarantee acceptance of an order. By submitting payment, customers acknowledge and agree to these Policies & Terms, regardless of whether they have read them in full.

Journey's Baking reserves the right to decline, postpone, or modify any order due to product availability, scheduling limitations, ingredient shortages, incorrect or incomplete order information, website or pricing errors, safety concerns, business capacity, or any circumstance that prevents us from fulfilling an order according to our quality standards. If modifications are necessary, we will contact the customer before confirming the order.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, customization options, and availability displayed on our website are accurate and current. However, these may change without prior notice. In the event of a website, pricing, or technical error, Journey's Baking reserves the right to correct the error before confirming an order.

Unless otherwise stated, all photographs, product images, graphics, logos, branding elements, website content, and original designs displayed on this website are the intellectual property of Journey's Baking and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. We love seeing our customers share their Journey's Baking experience and encourage customers to post photos or videos of products they purchase on personal social media accounts or other non-commercial platforms. Tagging or mentioning Journey's Baking is always appreciated but is never required. However, our original website content, photography, branding, logos, graphics, and other original materials may not be copied, reproduced, edited, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes, advertising, or to promote another business without prior written permission from Journey's Baking. Product photographs displayed on our website are intended to accurately represent our products; however, because every item is handcrafted, slight variations may occur.

Pickup dates and times are considered requests until confirmed by Journey's Baking. Delivery is available only to eligible locations and may include an additional delivery fee based on the destination. Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pickup time. Once an order has been picked up or successfully delivered, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer. Journey's Baking is not responsible for damage resulting from improper transportation, storage, handling, weather exposure, or delays after pickup or delivery.

Customers may request changes to their order before production begins. Once production has started, modifications may no longer be possible due to preparation, ingredient usage, or scheduling. While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes, they cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our products, refunds are generally unavailable once production has begun. If an issue occurs because of an error made by Journey's Baking, we will work directly with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement product, store credit, or a partial or full refund. All refund requests are reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that may process wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other common allergens. While we follow careful food handling practices, Journey's Baking cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions purchase and consume our products at their own discretion.

Journey's Baking collects customer information solely for purposes related to processing orders, coordinating pickup or delivery, communicating with customers, providing customer support, and sharing promotional offers when applicable. We do not sell or intentionally share customer information with third parties except when required by law. Reasonable efforts are made to protect information submitted through our website; however, no online transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

By using our website, customers agree not to submit false or misleading information, interfere with the functionality or security of the website, use automated software or bots to submit orders, abuse promotional offers or discount codes, or misuse any features or services provided by Journey's Baking. Journey's Baking reserves the right to photograph completed products for use on our website, social media platforms, advertising, promotional materials, and portfolio unless the customer requests otherwise before pickup or delivery. Personal customer information will never be shared without permission.

Colors displayed on electronic devices may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, and display calibration. While we strive to recreate requested colors and designs as accurately as possible, slight variations may occur and should be expected with handcrafted products.

Journey's Baking shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or the inability to fulfill orders resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, hurricanes, power outages, road closures, equipment failure, supply shortages, government actions, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events. If such circumstances occur, we will communicate with customers as soon as reasonably possible to discuss available options.

By placing an order, customers confirm that they are at least eighteen (18) years of age or have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to place the order on their behalf.

Journey's Baking's liability for any order shall not exceed the total amount paid for that specific order. Under no circumstances shall Journey's Baking be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, preparation, pickup, delivery, or consumption of our products.

Journey's Baking reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Policies & Terms at any time without prior notice. The version published on our official website at the time an order is submitted shall govern that order.

By submitting an order form, completing payment, placing an order, or otherwise using Journey's Baking's website or services, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Policies & Terms. Continued use of our website and ordering services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of these policies.
