Welcome to Tiny Realms – Habit Tracker. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
These terms supplement the terms governing applications downloaded through Apple’s App Store, including Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement where applicable.
Tiny Realms is a habit-tracking app that combines personal goals with a fantasy adventure. The app allows you to create and track habits, record activities, follow your progress, explore illustrated worlds, and build a virtual realm.
Tiny Realms is currently free to download and use. It does not contain subscriptions, in-app purchases, or third-party advertising.
We may introduce optional paid features in the future. Any such features and their prices will be clearly presented before purchase.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use Tiny Realms on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store usage rules.
You may not:
Copy, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app
Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract its source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it
Modify the app or create derivative works based on it
Use the app for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
Interfere with the operation or security of the app or its services
Your habits, goals, timers, counters, rewards, and game progress are stored locally on your device.
Tiny Realms does not currently provide its own account system or cloud-based backup service. Your local app data may nevertheless be included in backups managed by Apple, depending on your device and iCloud settings.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate device backups. If you delete the app, reset or lose your device, or experience a technical failure, your locally stored information may be permanently lost.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for restoring lost local data.
Tiny Realms uses Firebase Analytics to collect limited technical and app-usage information. This helps us understand how features are used and improve the app.
The app does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number. We do not intentionally send the names or written contents of your habits to Firebase Analytics.
Our collection and use of analytics information are described in the Tiny Realms Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Tiny Realms is intended as a general habit-tracking and motivational tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, nutritional, fitness, or other professional advice.
Information and progress shown in the app should not replace advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity or goal is appropriate and safe for you.
If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, consult an appropriate healthcare professional.
Tiny Realms and its original content—including its name, artwork, characters, worlds, writing, designs, animations, software, and other creative materials—are owned by the app’s developer or used with permission.
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your use of the app does not transfer ownership of any part of Tiny Realms to you.
We work to keep Tiny Realms available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, secure, compatible with every device, or free from errors.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, compatibility, legal compliance, or continued development.
Some updates may be required for the app to continue functioning properly.
Tiny Realms is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that:
The app will always be available or error-free
Your local data or progress will never be lost
The app will produce any particular result
Every feature will remain available permanently
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not affect any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
You may stop using Tiny Realms at any time by deleting the app from your device.
Your right to use the app may end if you materially violate these terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law will continue to apply where appropriate after termination.
We may update these Terms of Use when the app, its features, or applicable legal requirements change.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. If a material change requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it through an appropriate method.
Your continued use of Tiny Realms after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms where permitted by applicable law.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Norway, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights or legal protections that apply in the country where you live.
Any dispute may be brought before the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable consumer-protection law.
