Your privacy is important to us. Tiny Realms – Habit Tracker does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or other direct personal information.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is stored on your device, what limited usage data is collected through Firebase Analytics, and how that information is used.
Your habits, goals, progress, timers, counters, rewards, and game progress are stored locally on your device.
We do not upload the names or contents of your habits to our servers or to Firebase Analytics.
Your locally stored app data may be included in device backups handled by Apple, depending on your iCloud and device backup settings. Apple processes such backups according to its own privacy policy.
Deleting the app will normally delete its locally stored data, unless that data remains available through a device backup.
Tiny Realms uses Google Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the app is used and how it can be improved.
Firebase Analytics may collect limited information such as:
App interactions and feature usage
App launches and session information
Progress through general parts of the app
Device type and operating-system version
App version and language settings
Country or approximate general region
An app-instance identifier generated by Firebase
We may record events such as creating or completing a habit, reaching a milestone, visiting a realm, or using a particular feature. These events are intended to measure overall app usage and are not connected to your name, email address, or the written contents of your habits.
We use this information to:
Understand which features are useful
Identify areas that may be confusing
Improve the app’s design and performance
Guide the development of new features
Tiny Realms does not currently offer or require user accounts. We therefore do not collect login credentials, account profiles, or contact details through the app.
Tiny Realms uses Firebase Analytics, a service provided by Google LLC. Analytics information is processed by Google in accordance with Google’s applicable privacy terms and Firebase policies.

We do not use third-party advertising services, and we do not sell your personal information.
Tiny Realms does not request access to your precise location.
The app does not monitor your browsing activity outside Tiny Realms. Any approximate regional information available through Firebase Analytics is derived from technical information such as the device’s internet connection and is not collected using GPS.
Locally stored habit and progress data remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, or remove the app.
Analytics data is retained according to our Firebase Analytics settings and Google’s applicable retention practices.
Tiny Realms is not designed to collect names, contact details, or other direct personal information from children. The app does not require an account and does not contain third-party advertising.
If you believe that personal information has been submitted through the app, please contact us so that we can investigate.
We take reasonable steps to limit the information collected by the app. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You can help protect locally stored data by using a device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID and keeping your operating system updated.
You may stop future analytics collection by deleting the app. Where an analytics control is provided inside the app, you may also use that setting to disable analytics collection.
Deleting the app does not necessarily delete analytics information that has already been aggregated or processed by Firebase.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its features, or the services it uses change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
