本サービスは18歳以上の利用者を対象とします。本サービスを利用することで、この利用規約に同意したものとします。
Dear Lazy Us Desktop（以下「本サービス」）は、Webページや講義資料・過去問などを読み、授業で必要なところを絞って学習を進めるためのWindows向けソフトです。AIによる解析・解答・添削・計算機の作成などには第三者のAIサービスを利用します。計算機での計算など、一部の機能は端末内だけで動作します。
本サービスでは、利用者自身が取得・管理するGoogle Gemini APIキーを利用します。APIキーの取得・管理・失効、およびGoogle側の料金や利用枠は、利用者とGoogleとの間の条件に従います。本サービスはAPIキーをアプリ起動中のメモリだけに保持し、永続的に保存しません（詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください）。
本サービスでは、利用者自身が管理する第三者AIサービスのAPIキーを利用する場合があります。利用者は、当該第三者サービスの利用規約、使用ポリシーその他の条件および適用法令を遵守してください。Google Gemini APIについては、Gemini API利用規約と生成AIの使用禁止に関するポリシーをご確認ください。これらは第三者が定めるもので、変更されることがあります。
これらに違反する利用その他の理由により、第三者サービス側でAPIキー、アカウント、利用枠等について停止・制限その他の措置が行われた場合、本サービスはその継続利用または復旧を保証しません。第三者サービスの措置、レート制限、利用枠の変更、提供条件の変更等は本サービスが管理・制御できるものではありません。
本サービスでは、一部のAI処理について第三者AIサービスの安全機能（性的に露骨な内容の判定など）を利用しています。ただし、当該安全機能がすべての内容を正確に分類または遮断することを保証するものではありません。不適切な内容が処理される場合も、正当な内容が処理されない場合もあります。本サービスは、医学・生物学・生殖・性教育・文学・研究・批評その他の学術的な利用を妨げることを目的としていません。
利用者は、次の行為をしてはなりません。
法令に違反する行為、またはそのおそれのある行為
第三者AIサービスその他の第三者サービスの利用規約・ポリシーに違反する利用
本サービスまたは本サービスが利用する中継サーバー（Cloudflare Worker）への不正アクセス、過大な負荷を与える行為、その妨害
利用回数の制限や安全機能その他の制限を不正に回避する行為、本サービスの悪用
他者の著作権、プライバシーその他の権利・利益を侵害する行為
解析・解答・解説・添削・復習問題・計算機の構造化などはAIによる学習用の出力であり、誤りを含む場合があります。重要な判断は原資料等で確認してください。本サービスは、出力の正確性・完全性や、試験の結果・成績を保証しません。
本サービスは、事前の告知なく内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了する場合があります。第三者サービスの仕様・条件の変更により、一部の機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。
本サービスは無料で提供され、現状のまま提供されます。本サービスの利用により利用者に生じた損害について、本サービスの運営者に故意または重大な過失がある場合、その他法令により責任を制限できない場合を除き、本サービスの運営者は責任を負いません。
この利用規約を変更する場合は、改定日を示して本サービス内で案内します。同意の内容に関わる重要な変更の場合は、改めて確認をお願いします。

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older. By using it you agree to these terms.
Dear Lazy Us Desktop is Windows software for reading web pages, lecture materials and past exams and studying what a course needs. AI analysis, answers, reviews and calculator building use a third-party AI service; some features, such as calculating with a calculator, work on your device only.
The service uses a Google Gemini API key that you obtain and manage yourself. Obtaining, managing and revoking it, and Google's charges and quotas, are governed by the terms between you and Google. The app keeps the key only in memory while it runs and never stores it permanently (see the Privacy Policy).
The service may use an API key for a third-party AI service that you manage yourself. You must comply with that service's terms of service, usage policies and other conditions, and with applicable laws. For the Google Gemini API, see the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and the Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy. They are set by third parties and may change.
If a third-party service suspends, limits or takes other measures concerning your API key, account or quota, because of use that breaks its conditions or for any other reason, the service does not guarantee continued use or recovery. Measures, rate limits, quota changes and changes to the conditions of third-party services are not managed or controlled by the service.
For some AI processing the service uses the safety features of the third-party AI service (for example, detection of sexually explicit content). These features are not guaranteed to classify or block every piece of content correctly: unsuitable content may be processed, and legitimate content may not be. The service does not aim to hinder medical, biological, reproductive, sex-education, literary, research, critical or other academic use.
Anything that breaks, or may break, the law
Use that breaks the terms or policies of a third-party AI service or other third-party service
Unauthorised access to the service or the relay server it uses (Cloudflare Worker), putting it under excessive load, or interfering with it
Improperly getting around usage limits, safety features or other limits, or otherwise misusing the service
Infringing the copyright, privacy or other rights or interests of others
Analyses, answers, explanations, reviews, review questions and calculator structures are AI output for study and may contain mistakes. Check important points against the original sources. The service does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of its output, or any exam result or grade.
The service may change, suspend or end without prior notice. Changes in the specifications or conditions of third-party services may make some features unavailable.
The service is provided free of charge and as is. The operator is not responsible for damage arising from its use, except where the operator acted intentionally or with gross negligence, or where the law does not allow responsibility to be limited.
