I first visited Josie earlier this year for an Indian head massage following some nasty migraines. I had never had anything by way of massages previously and didn't know what to expect. Josie was very welcoming from the very first point of contact and I was made to feel very comfortable. I've been continuing to visit since and have absolutely nothing negative to say. I would absolutely recommend a visit, you won't regret it! I've booked in to try reflexology next, can't wait!

I started visiting Josie a few years back, when my panic was so bad I couldn’t leave the house and I had also been experiencing nerve problems from covid. Josie went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable week on week, and played a massive part in getting me back to doing day to day things and relieving the pain. On top of this my fertility chances were low, from PCOS and endo - Josie always focused on these areas and at the end of last year performed a fertility reflexology routine and within a month I conceived after four years of trying, she truly is amazing! I can’t wait to get back to treatments :)
