If you are thinking about graduate school, but unsure if it's for you, there are short programs which work as a 'trial' for graduate school while also building your resume and making you a better applicant. I did this certificate at Iowa State University before committing to further school: Postbaccalaureate at Iowa State
Something you can do to further explore mathematics during your undergraduate degree is participate in maths-focused study abroad programs. Had it not been for covid, I would be able to personally recommend this program, Budapest Semesters in Mathematics, and I'm sure there are many more like it.

Integer Sequences - I am not responsible for these OEIS entries, but I have spent some time thinking about a problem which leads to integer sequences A088442 and A347325. Graphing the two sequences together hints at a close relationship between the two.
Image Compression - One of the more memorable projects I've been assigned in an undergraduate/masters maths class invovled creating a program to compress an image using Singular Value Decomposition.
I am an avid(ish) runner and rock climber. I'm always happy to have a running or bouldering partner.
I also enjoy a good boardgame night. Here are a few of my favorites:
Wingspan - This is my wife and I's top choice recently. We got hooked on the 2-player Asia Expansion.
Ricochet Robots - Try to get a robot to its target in the fewest moves. Shortest path wins a point.
Camel Up - An chaotic game where players bet on a dice-controlled camel race in which anything can happen.
One Night Warewolf - This game captures the essence of party games like Mafia in a quick and addicting format.
Pit - A fast paced and loud card game where everyone scrambles to be the first to complete their hand.
Small World - Risk meets Lord of the Rings.
Wavelength - Guess the meter level based on clues like: "Batman, on a scale from Villain to Hero".
