About Me
About Me
I am a first year PhD Student studying Pure Mathematics at the University of Manchester under the supervision of Dr. Nóra Szakács and Dr. Richard Webb.
My research interests lie in the interaction between inverse semigoups, dynamical systems, and C*-algebras. Particularly, I am interested in how inverse semigroup theory can be utilised in the study of the latter two. I spend much of my time thinking about self-similar groupoids and associated objects.
After growing up and compling my undergraduate studies in Nebraska, opportunites have moved me to Minnesota and then Iowa for a couple years before my most recent move to Manchester for graduate studies.
